Live Shows – The Charm Offensive
We’ve got a gig coming up this Sunday, 16 June, at Swamplands Bar, 744 High St, Thornbury. An afternoon of original music with two bands – both featuring yours truly (see below).
Show times are:
Anthony Rea & The Charm Offensive 4:00-5:00pm
The Three Marketeers (Danko, Dunbar and Rea): 5:00 – 6:00pm
It’s a great little bar that we really enjoyed playing last time.

Danko, Dunbar and Rea – The Three Marketeers
After the success of our one-off event in March, we are playing a second and final show – this time, as noted above, with The Charm Offensive. This will again feature Istvan Danko (Arctic Circles), Michael Dunbar (Lyrebirds, Bakers Daughter) and myself performing a selection of material from our respective bands as well as some of our fave covers, including songs from Neil Young, Iggy Pop, The Strokes, Talking Heads, David Bowie, The Clash, REM, and more!

Spacecake
As mentioned in my last newsletter, the Spacecake “lost recordings” are ready to go, mastered and ready for release. We’re still finalising cover art and liner notes for a release, hopefully in the next few months. The double album will be available on Spotify, Apple Music and we will print a limited run of CDs for those who still like their physical media.
